What We Do
House Helps That Transform is a professional training and placement initiative designed to equip house helps, nannies, and caregivers with the knowledge, practical skills, values, and character needed to make a positive difference in every home.
We connect families with trained, responsible, and transformation-focused house helps, nannies, caregivers, and kids' drivers who understand legacy building and 18 Years of Packing the Suitcase.
Why Caregiver Training Matters
We believe a house help is more than someone who performs household duties. Anyone who spends time with a child has the opportunity to influence, nurture, protect, mentor, and shape that child's future. The first 18 years of your child matter, and what happens during that time echoes the rest of their life.

Preparing children intentionally with faith, values, character, life skills, and a strong foundation for the future.
Mentorship & Discipleship of Children
Equipping caregivers to guide, mentor, encourage, disciple, and nurture children in faith, character, values, and life.
Household Work & Responsibility
Developing practical skills in household care, organization, cleanliness, order, and responsible service.
Communication with Children
Building trust through respectful, loving, and age-appropriate communication.

Creating a safe, secure, and responsible home environment.
