Who We Are

The School of Children Ministry is a specialized training and equipping platform dedicated to raising effective, skilled, spiritually mature, and mission-minded children's workers for the Church, Christian organizations, schools, missions, para-church ministries, and institutions serving children. It is a school with a difference — we believe children's ministry is not babysitting, it is Kingdom ministry.

Training Programs

• 9-Month Training Program — Mastering the Art of Children Ministry (Full Program). Two classes weekly, theory and practical learning, physical and online.
• 4-Month Intensive Program — Theory-focused with minimal practical component, ideal for focused foundational knowledge.
• 1-Month Daily Intensive Training — Fast-track program, 4 classes a week plus 3 days of practical training.
• 3-Day Crash Program — A condensed, high-impact program for targeted insights and essential skills.
• 1-Day Specialized Training — Choose your preferred topic(s) and gain targeted insights in a single day.

The School's Distinctive Approach

We train the worker and build the ministry. The School does not only teach theories about children's ministry — we combine biblical foundation, child understanding, ministry skills, practical application, mentorship, exposure to different ministry models, networking with fellow children's workers, and continuous development after graduation.
